Patients and authorized recipients should confirm how to request imaging records and how they will be delivered. A general description of security technology is not proof that a particular portal feature is implemented.
Request the records you need
Ask how to request the radiology report and the actual images, which identity or authorization checks apply and which formats are available. HHS guidance describes patient access rights under HIPAA, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
If another person or law firm needs records, confirm the appropriate release process and recipient details. Do not assume every third party has automatic access to the patient portal.
Confirm the real delivery workflow
Ask the center which portal, download, physical-copy or other delivery options it currently supports. Confirm how the intended recipient will gain access and whom to contact for assistance.
This article does not claim that the center provides biometric login, law-firm API integration, watermarking, copy protection, specific encryption algorithms or automated audit-log features. Those require confirmation from the responsible team.
Share information carefully
Use the delivery instructions supplied by the center and verify the recipient. Ask before sending medical information to an unfamiliar link or third-party portal.
For questions about privacy practices, identity checks, access records or fees, contact the center’s records or privacy team. This article is not a certification of its security controls or legal compliance.
